2012 Rates (per week in pounds)
January 7th – March 30th	£ 320
March 31st – June 29th	£ 350
June 30th – August 31st	£ 450
September 1st – November 2nd	£ 350

The property is centrally heated and rental includes all utilities, bed linen, bath towels and a welcome gift. During the winter months there is an additional charge for central heating.

Children’s cot and high chair are available on request.

Rental is per week from Saturday to Saturday during peak periods, but flexible outside of this. Arrival 16:00 hrs, departure 10:00 hrs to allow for cleaning.

Deposit of 25% or minimum £100 is requested at time of booking with balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A returnable deposit of £100 against breakages/damages is also required.
